Stone Coated Steel / Stone Coated Metal

With Stone Coated Metal Roofs becoming more popular, Homeowner, Property Managers, and Contractors have to deal with the prospect of cleaning them because Stone Coated Metal roofs develop the unsightly algae stains just like almost every other roofing material.

Many of the Contractors we have spoken with have been hesitant to offer cleaning on these roofs because the only methods they were aware of were bleach and/or pressure cleaning. Most sensible Contractors know that bleach has the potential to do irreparable damage to these roofs and pressure cleaning is not a very viable option either because of the potential for damage and the fact that it is just too time consuming.

But Roof-A-Cide has been working with Manufacturers of these roofs for close to a decade to help them evaluate Roof-A-Cide in the Lab and in the Field. After extensive testing on these materials, Roof-A-Cide has once again proven to be Safe and Effective and has been Approved for use in Preventing Roof Stains and Eliminating the need for Roof Cleaning.

Roof-A-Cide Applicators have the tools and knowledge necessary to get these roofs clean safely and effectively, but they can also Prevent the stains and the need for cleaning before it ever becomes an issue.

And keeping these Roofs Clean with Roof-A-Cide requires only a fraction of the time and labor needed for Cleaning!
